Receiving Jesus at age 10 and being baptized with the Holy Spirit in one of Kathryn Kuhlman’s Miracle Services at 14 years of age, Mark began immediately sharing Jesus with anyone who would listen. A pianist and organist from age 7, the Holy Spirit began using the talent He has given.

As a teenager, still in high school, Mark would often drive hundreds of miles playing the piano and preaching youth services for Betty and Bud Miller, www.bibleresources.org.    Later he worked in their offices and made his first missionary trip with them to India and Nepal.

In the early years, he was also preaching and doing itinerant Evangelism work with Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, and leading worship for several Regional and National conventions, Mark came to the attention of the legendary Charles and Frances Hunter. For several years, he worked in their ministry in the Houston offices, and led worship at their 2,000 seat teaching center, and taught in their School of Ministry.

For eight years he worked as Office Manager, and worship leader for Aquilla Nash in her Dove Christian Retreat center in East Texas. Aquilla’s teaching program, “The Prophetic Whisper”, is today on TBN’s main channel, The Church Channel, and The Healing Channel.

For about ten years, Mark was privileged to work alongside Kathryn Kuhlman’s longtime associate, Ruth Fisher. On Miss Kuhlman’s staff for 26 years, Ruth prayed for the sick among the wheelchairs. On occasion Mark was invited to “work the floor” praying for the sick in Pastor Benny Hinn’s Miracle Services alongside Ruth. Working closely with her, and her sister, Maryon Marsh, Miss Kuhlman’s private secretary, Ruth and Pastor Mark conducted services for Ruth’s ministry and with The Kathryn Kuhlman Foundation. Ruth passed away in 2010 at 95 years of age, preaching the month before she died.

For 14 years, Mark’s ministry under the auspices of Grace Fellowship Church in Monahans, Texas where he has pastored for many years, has sponsored many great healing and evangelistic services in Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Peru, India, Mexico. Pastor Mark desires to “build the church” and so works with local pastors and leaders in these nations to build the body of Christ, to preach the Gospel in the Power of the Holy Spirit. Whether with the congregation of 6,000 with Iglesia La Vid (The Vine Church) in Cusco, Peru – or with 2,000 Roma (Gypsy) in the city square Kazanlak, Bulgaria – or the recent Miracle Services in Tuxpan, Mexico held in the Bull Fighting Arena -- God is giving a harvest of souls coming to Jesus with the Holy Spirit pouring out incredible miracles of healing and deliverance. Hundreds are being baptized in the Holy Spirit in almost every service.

Last year, he was invited to speak at the World Conference of The End-Time Handmaidens and Servants with the legendary Missionary and Evangelist, Sister Gwen Shaw. Sister Gwen also gave Pastor Mark one night of her conference in Jerusalem to hold a Miracle Service. Most recently he accompanied Sister Gwen across China, holding Miracle Services and training leaders in conferences varying in attendance from twenty to five hundred to five hundred pastors of the underground church.

At home, Mark pastors two congregations, Grace Fellowship, in Monahans, TX and Parker Heights Christian in Odessa. A campus of College for Global Deployment – an accredited Bible College authorized to issue degrees in Missions and Theology is extended to help men and women become more effective in the work of the Lord. God has given an outreach arm of help, Ward County Greater Works , Inc. which has three large warehouses (in three cities of West Texas) feeding up to twenty-five hundred elderly and disabled monthly. Ward Co. Greater Works coordinates and advocates for clients with 52 area agencies to obtain needed help. The Lord also gave a “boy’s and girl’s club – called The Monahans Kidz Zone which provides after school food, tutoring, games, mixed with the Gospel, in a safe environment for thirty to sixty children and youth from low-income households daily.

An accomplished pianist and organist, Mark has been asked to accompany Phil Driscol in concert, the late Dale Evans Rogers, Lillie Knauls, Doug Oldham, Steve Brock, Evangelist R. W. Schambach, Evangelist Jerry B. Walker, Charles and Frances Hunter, the late John Osteen at Lakewood Church, Marilyn Hickey, Charles Capps, the late Dr. Lester Sumrall.

This little story told by Pastor Mark tells his feelings at all the Lord has privileged him to be a part of, “I’ll never forget being with Dr. Walker at Good Hope Christian Center in Cape Town, South Africa. We had been there for weeks, the crowd was over the 6,000 seat capacity every night. Church records reported 2,200 born-again, and over 2,000 families joining the church in those meetings. One night, they had trouble getting us into the parking lot for the crowd. Dr. Walker turned to me and said, ‘Don’t get the big head, kid. These people didn’t come to see us. They heard THE LORD is in the building!’”
